NM - Mint Most NM Mint cards are unplayed. NM may have the smallest of blemish that is almost unnoticeable. If you want an unplayed mint copy of the card please e-mail us and let us know.
Light Play - A card that has been played. Very small imperfections, smudge, fingerprint, very little white showing on edges. Card is in very good condition.
Moderate Play - Noticeably well played card. Whitening starting to show around edges. Normal wear and tear for a well played card.
Heavy Play - Imperfections are becoming very noticeable, well aged card played very often. Corners could have smallbends or creases. May have small stain on front or back of card.
Damaged - May have major bend or crease, edges are deteriorating from age or alot of play. Small tears, lots of fading.This card would be considered in very poor condition.
A little about shipping Magic the Gathering Products: As an authorized online seller of magic products we cannot sell magic the gathering products outside of the United States or to any resellers.
We do not make refunds on single card purchases. The only exception to this will be if we send you the wrong card.
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the card that we sent you email us. We triple check the condition of the card before it is shipped out. We are very strick with our grading system. But, unfortunately mistakes are made.
Problems with an Order
If your online order contains a discrepancy or the condition of the items is not as described, please contact our Customer Service team with both your order number and a description of the problem within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Games Workshop: We carry a very large assortment of game workshop products on our website. We are currently working on a Out Of Print
section for Games Workshop items.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards but NOT American Express and money orders.
Ordering: In order to place an order with us you will need to make an account with us which means that you will need to create a customer account on the website. If you have any questions while ordering contact customer support at 419-475-4790 or email us at: email@example.com.
Trades: We do not do trades on orders placed through the website. You will have to bring the cards in that you would like to trade and we will make a decision based on the cards you bring in and what we need at that time. So if you place an order on the website and come in to make a trade for the cards you ordered we will not do the trade. Thank you.
We have the right to refuse or limit amount purchased at any time. Due to the volatile market we will not sell our whole stock of one card to one individual at a time. We also reserve the right to refuse to sell to re-sellers.
Disclosure: We do not trade new items that have not been out 30 days or less. We also do not trade the top 2% of items that are in high demand due to the popularity of the item requested.
In Store Pick-Up: Orders can be paid for on webstore or when they are picked up in store. Orders for in store pick up will be ready the day after your order is placed. Except Friday, Saturday and Sunday. These will be ready for pick up on Monday. We will send you an e-mail to notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not place an order for in store pick up and try to pick it up the same day, it will NOT be ready.
Pre-Orders: Any pre orders that are placed are subjected to a 15% cancellation fee, minus shipping costs. When placing a multiple item order, if a pre order is included in that order, the entire order will be held until the pre order becomes available. It is best to place pre orders separately if ordering mulitple items.
Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 8 days of delivery, If items are unopened and in original condition upon receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If you receive merchandise that is missing pieces contact us and we will help you contact the manufacturer for replacements.
If for some reason you are completely dissatisfied with your order you may be able to exchange item or items for store credit. You will be responsible for return shipping. Contact us
Shipping: We will only be shipping to the United States and Canada.
$75.00 and over free shipping: This only applies to the 48 continental states. We are sorry but we cannot include Alaska or Hawaii because shipping rates are so much higher. We will try to discount to these two states as much as possible. We will not be shipping to P.O. Boxes.
At this time all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. When checking out, you will have a choice of shipping options. Only choose the first option if you are purchasing trading card singles (magic). All other items will be shipped priority mail. You will also have the option of Priority Express. If you order an item other than trading cards and choose the trading card option, item will not be shipped without further payment of shipping. We will notify you by e-mail with the correct amount of shipping. Thank you
To submit a request to return merchandise, please contact our Customer Service team within forty-eight (48) hours of the order’s delivery. If your return request is authorized, the return must be postmarked and shipped within seven (7) calendar days of the authorization.
After we receive your authorized return, we will issue a full refund in the original payment method, less any shipping charges.
Due to the volatile nature of the Magic singles market, we do not accept returns or exchanges on singles.
